Patient Workshop

Patient Workshop

Modeled after the successful European COPD10 conference held in Birmingham, UK for 18 years, the COPD10USA conference series began in 2011. COPD10USA brings together hundreds of healthcare professionals and patients for two days of cutting edge medical education sessions focused on clinical care, research and care delivery. The Patient Workshop features a unique program designed specifically for patients on day one of the conference, Friday June 5th. This includes one session for patients only and three sessions which bring patients and professionals together for robust discussions that impact patient care.

Click here to register for the Patient Workshop.

Please note: Your COPD10USA Conference registration fee pays for attendance in the Patient Workshop (you do not need to register for the Workshop if you have registered for the Conference), as well as valet parking, lunch, coffee, refreshment, access to the exhibit hall, and Alpha-1 testing. Volunteers will be available to assist with oxygen needs onsite. An oxygen storage room will be available for your tanks and extra equipment. Extra oxygen will be onsite for emergency refills only. Patients should bring a copy of their oxygen prescription to the event.

Only patients, caregivers and family members are eligible for the Patient Workshop. All others are welcome to attend these sessions, but must register for the COPD10USA conference. If you have any questions about the Patient Workshop, please contact Scott Cerreta at 1-866-731-2673 ext. 443 or scerreta@COPDFoundation.org.
